MedTech Europe amongst stakeholders selected to contribute to the revision of REACH and CLP Regulations

The European Commission is currently reviewing in parallel two of the most significant pieces of EU chemicals legislation, the REACH and CLP Regulations. Over the past months, MedTech Europe has been actively participating in public consultations, workshops and interviews to share its experiences, views and needs of the medical sector. The association is among the stakeholders consulted to assess the impacts of revising these Regulations.

Looking ahead, the first half of the year will bring a wealth of additional opportunities via a series of workshops and consultations to provide more specific input. MedTech Europe will continue to engage with appropriate evidence.
