IHI Brokerage Event 2025: registrations are now open

Registration for the IHI Brokerage Event 2025 is now open. This event will be dedicated to IHI call 12, an applicant-driven call to be launched early 2026.

This year’s event will take place on 4 – 5 November 2025 in Brussels. Highlights include project pitches and poster sessions to meet potential partners, continuous in-person and online networking and dedicated meeting rooms for fledgling consortia.

For those wishing to apply to present a pitch or display a poster at the Brokerage Event the deadline is 20 October 2025. If you cannot attend in person on 4 and 5 November 2025, you can attend the online session of the event that will be held on 6 November 2025 and open up virtual lounges so that new consortia can keep working and bring in people who were not able to attend the face-to-face event.
