Exploring the evolution of the MedTech Europe Code at IQVIA Compliance Forum

On 25 November 2025, the VII edition of the Compliance Forum organised by IQVIA Italy at its headquarters in Milan hosted a presentation on the MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice.

The session offered an opportunity to reflect on the importance of the Code, which celebrates its 10th Anniversary this year, and to review the upcoming revision, reaffirming its role in promoting ethical and transparent business practices across the healthcare sector.

The discussion underlined how the evolution of the Code helps reinforce integrity and support compliance in a changing business environment.

In addition to the MedTech Europe Code, the forum addressed best practices for cross-border interactions, desk audit vs. live monitoring, the role of Generative AI in transparency reporting and the latest updates on the Italian Sunshine Act.

Thanks to the active engagement of speakers and attendees, the event delivered rich perspectives and practical approaches to strengthen compliance frameworks.
