CVS engages with external stakeholders at PCMA congress and IPCAA meeting

In January 2026, the Conference Vetting System (CVS) team participated in a roundtable at the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) congress in Philadelphia, USA, and joined several panel sessions at the International Pharmaceutical Congress Advisory Association (IPCAA) meeting in Brussels. These congresses provide a fantastic opportunity to exchange ideas with medical societies and Professional Congress Organisers.

During these meetings, the team explained how events are assessed and the commitment to ethical standards. The main goal of the CVS is to enable member companies to support genuine medical educational events for Healthcare Professionals (HCP). By assessing each event, the team makes sure that industry funds are used appropriately to help HCPs learn in a professional environment.
