Arthur Muratyan took over the MedTech Europe Compliance Panel Chair position from Nancy Russotto

On 1st July 2018, Arthur Muratyan took over the MedTech Europe Compliance Panel Chair position from Nancy Russotto who decided to retire.

Nancy joined the Compliance Panel at its inception in 2008 working alongside John Mc Loughlin, whom she replaced as Chair in 2015.

We would like to express our gratitude to Nancy for her dedication, passion and extraordinary contribution to the establishment and functioning of CVS, the Eucomed white paper on the future of medical education and all other initiatives and actions conducted by the Compliance Panel.

The Compliance Panel is now composed of:

• Arthur Muratyan (Chair), former Head of Legal Corporate and Global Compliance Officer at SANOFI. Arthur joined the Panel in 2015 who also cumulates the role of Secretary General of ETHICS (International Society of Healthcare Ethics and Compliance Professionals).
• David Horne, former EDMA Executive Committee member, President of BIVDA
• Jean Claude Najar, a retired lawyer who practiced in US and French law firms and held senior legal and compliance positions at GE Medical Systems EMEA, GE Oil & Gas, and GE Capital EMEA.
