Conference Vetting System survey results & next steps

Thank you for the fantastic response rate on the survey about the Conference Vetting System (CVS). Some takeaway messages are the overall general satisfaction with the CVS tool and plenty of ideas for improvement. Some key suggestions concern the communication, the platform, and the processes.

The CVS team has launched two projects. The first one regards a new enhanced CVS IT platform, which will include suggestions from this survey, improve communication and specify the deadlines. The second project relates to the review of the CVS assessment criteria. These are currently revised to provide more clarity and examples, thanks to the participation of the Company Members. A training plan will be part of the roll-out of these two projects.
