Italian Notified Body (Certiquality s.r.l.) designated under MDR

Since 20 October 2021, Certiquality s.r.l. Italy (NB# 0546) is the 24th Notified Body to be officially designated under the Medical Device Regulation and listed in the European Commission NANDO database – click here for more information on the scope they cover.

While the number of Notified Bodies operating under the MDR continues to steadily increase, totalling up to now 24 – we hear soon 26 (see the latest European Commission update, dated 15 October 2021), the number of Notified Bodies available under the In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (6) is not expected to increase soon.
