As we mark World Patient Safety Day 2022, we reflect on all the risks and difficulties experienced by patients and healthcare professionals all over the world over the past two years. While we might be moving out of the COVID-19 crisis, safety continues to be paramount as other global health threats continue to increase the risks faced by both patient and healthcare workers.
