Revised Code of Ethical Business Practice approved

On 25 March 2022, a new version of the MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice was approved, and it will enter into force on 1 January 2023. The revised Code features many readability improvements, a general clean-up, updated chapters on promotional & educational items, research and consulting arrangements, a new chapter on distributors, virtual events’ integration across the chapters, and several other updates and improvements.
