The fight against foreign bribery requires the concerted efforts of a unified front and MedTech Europe leads industry’s commitment via a collective industry action in the form of a binding code of ethical business practice that translates legal requirements into clear, sector-specific standards.

MedTech Europe works extensively in the area of anti-corruption and anti-bribery, addressing national legal requirements as well as international regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). In addition to promoting compliance with applicable laws and regulations, MedTech Europe has developed its own Code of Ethical Business Practice.
