Joint industry statement on the AI Omnibus

MedTech Europe, together with Digital Europe and 44 European and industry associations, have signed a joint industry letter on the upcoming AI Act Omnibus.

The joint statement highlights significant concerns from industry affected by the AI Act’s overlapping rules and complex compliance requirements, especially for products already regulated under existing safety laws.
