Danielle Freedman

Dr Danielle B. Freedman is the chair of Lab Tests Online – UK board and is a consultant chemical pathologist & associate physician in clinical endocrinology at Luton & Dunstable NHS Foundation Trust, UK.  She is trained in medicine at the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, London University. She is a member of the UK NEQAS Clinical Chemistry Advisory Group for Interpretative Comments and also a member of ACB Council.

She sits on the Scientific Committeee for EUROLAB FOCUS 2014. Also she is the past Vice President of the Royal College of Pathologists.

Her main interests include clinical endocrinology, point of care testing and, importantly, the role of the laboratory/clinician interface with regard to patient safety and patient outcome.
