Anti-Corruption Compliance: a collaborative guide by Transparency International France and the French Sustainable Investment Forum

Transparency International France and the French Sustainable Investment Forum have collaborated to develop the guide “Preventing corruption in business”, a tool for investors interested in analysing companies’ governance to ensure anti-corruption compliance.

The guide provides practical sheets covering key indicators of corporate integrity, encompassing ethical reporting and internal whistleblowing, fostering integrity throughout the company, ensuring leadership’s commitment to anti-corruption, and endorsing responsible lobbying. The document is available both in French and English.
