Judith A. Hargreaves

Judith joined Convatec in August 2025, bringing 30 years’ experience within the Medical Device Industry, working with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, 3M and Mölnlycke Healthcare. Judith has a background in nursing, where she specialised in caring for patients with long-term conditions including wound care and she holds qualifications in tissue viability.

Judith’s industry expertise began in field sales, then moving into Business Development, before obtaining an MSc. Health Economic and Management from Sheffield University School of Health and Related Research and moving into Global Health Economic & Market Access roles.

Over the last 20 years, Judith has gained experience creating practical health economic tools as well as complex cost-effective models to support Global reimbursement applications. She has also developed Government Affairs campaigns, creating manifesto and positioning papers to support lobbying activities in EU and USA.

Judith has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, most recently on Healthcare Staff Wellbeing as part of building Sustainable Healthcare Systems and is passionate about protecting both healthcare provision and the planet for future generations.

Judith was the inaugural chair of the MedTech Europe Woundcare Industry Group and remains an active member
