Alex Holmes

Alex Holmes’ career at Johnson & Johnson spans over 25 years, across multiple businesses and geographies. For the past ten years, Alex has worked within the Mentor business, leading Johnson & Johnson’s breast reconstruction and augmentation business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Throughout her career, Alex has championed equitable access to healthcare, specifically in women’s health where she has partnered with physicians and institutions to increase patient access and to provide women with the latest scientific research to help inform their decision-making.
